Refund policy

1. Digital Products

Non-Refundable

1.1 Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Exceptions

1.2 Refunds for digital products may be considered in the following situations:

  • You did not receive the product after purchase and have contacted us at info@thehustlequeendom.com within [7 days].
  • The product is defective or corrupted, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

1.3 If you believe you qualify for a refund under these conditions, please email us with your order number and a description of the issue.


2. Physical Products

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

2.1 Refunds or replacements for physical products (e.g., mugs, journals) are accepted only if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • The item received is incorrect or does not match your order.

Time Frame for Requests

2.2 You must submit a refund or replacement request within [7 days] of receiving the item. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Process for Refund or Replacement

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

4. Cancellations

4.1 Digital Products: Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once the purchase is complete.
4.2 Physical Products: Orders for physical products may only be canceled if they are still in processing and have not been shipped. To request a cancellation, email us at info@thehustlequeendom.com as soon as possible.


5. Refund Processing

5.1 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
5.2 Please allow [5-10 business days] for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
